Today I will be telling you what we did in health

We learned about what kind of objects that help girls while their on their period. Like Tampons pads and a menstrual cup. We also saw some objects that girls use. We also learned about how you can use them the proper way and use it for its purpose. Things we learned such as good touch bad touch and what is consent consent is permission or approval that something can happen.

Acids and bases

 Aim: To make red cabbage pH for use on different household chemicals

Materials

1. Red Cabbage 

2. Beaker

3. Bunsen burner

4. pipette

5. Sodium Hydroxide

6. Hydrochloric acid

7. Test tubes

mix everything and see what happens.

Cooking

 Hello boys and girls

Today I will be going through and talking about what I made in cooking class. 

For cooking we made nachos with sour cream, beans, and some spicy ingredients we used a frying pan, measuring spoon, plate, 3 bowls filled with ingredients, cheese, grater,wooden spoon and some meat. We put the meat onto the frying pan turned on the oven and started sturing the meat around. while that was happening someone else was using the grater to grate the cheese into smaller pieces. after all of that we got out some bowls and put the nachos in the ingredients the meat and some sour cream. After that we ate it and I rate our food a 8 out of 10 not bad.

Baking Soda

Baking Soda is also known as Sodium Bicarbonate.Due to its abrasive and cleaning properties it is used as a raising agent in baking, as a household cleaner and in a number of other ways.

My ten uses of baking soda

1 Mouthwash

2 Deodorant

3 Whitens your teeth

4 May improve exercise performance 

5 Remove stubborn carpet stains

6 Clean fruits and veggies

7 Relieve itchy skin and sunburns

8 can be used in cooking

9 Sooth canker sores 

10 Kitchen Cleaner

Things in a sherbet

1 Sugar

2 Baking soda

3 Raro crystals

4 Citric Acid

5 Tartaric Acid 

Steps

1 Add the Baking Soda, Sugar and citric acid together in a bowl.

2 Add the Raro Crystals and the tartaric acid together.

3 Add all ingredients together and place in a plastic bag.

4 Mix it well together and eat it. Yum

Recipe

1 teaspoon of powdered drink crystals

1/4 teaspoon of citric acid

1 teaspoon of icing sugar

1/4 Teaspoon Baking soda.

Findings

1. Witch two ingredients in the sherbet are involved in the chemical - Backing soda

2. Witch Ingredients are not involved - Crab 

3. Can you think of any other chemical reactions that might happen in the kitchen - Raro Crystals

4. Witch ingredient is and acid - Citric acid

5. Witch ingredient is a base - Baking soda

Woodwork

 Hello Today I will be talking to you about what we did in wood work

In wood work we were learning about what certain tools would work for certain parts of what we making.  Wich was A boom box we you making the front of it and we had to draw something that we like or hate on a piece of wood.  The boom box would look like a big 3d rectangle box with a something in it to make a sound.

Hello Today I will be telling you guys about what we did in health.

In health we were learning about diversity and LGBTQIA+ That stand for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and asexual. We were learning about the males private part and how it functions and what happens. Also we were learning about is normal for some body parts to change and how it changes when you hit puberty. On the June 28 1969 There was a group of people who were LGBT+ did there first protest because people were being treated differently from other people.

You might only see green and red bell peppers but did you know there's also purple ones.

Chile peppers have a lot of vitamin c people think oranges have a lot of it but Chile peppers have just as much as oranges.

The Seed in the peppers are the hottest part

Method:

Hot Chile

Popsicle stick

Drink - Soda, water, Milk

Timer

Instruction

1 Get your equipment ready

2 Get a drop of hot sauce on your Popsicle stick

3 Lick the hot chilli sauce

4 Start the timer

5 After 2mins, drink your drink

6 after 5mins, how hot is your mouth?

7 repeat the experiment but with different drinks.
